Fall Colors Retreat!

Learn a mindfulness technique that will interrupt the stress response and tap into elevated emotions to repair and restore your body, mind, and soul. Bathe in the healing atmosphere of the forest. Spend time out of cell phone range and into peace as you swing in a hammock in the beautiful North Carolina Mountains during peak leaf season!

We will begin with coffee, tea, and homemade bread as we get to know one another.

Together we'll move through sensory activating, deep, and transformational insights while soaking in all nature has to give us.

The Retreat is 9am-6pm on Saturday October 23rd

Retreat only Cost is $189

Add on camping option available for the 22nd for a total cost $249 Camping includes: tent and bedding set up and ready for your arrival and fire pit and smores before bedtime (bathroom access also available)

Our facilitators are fully vaccinated and we encourage the same of our participants. Must show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test to add on camping option.
